RETURN POLICY
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with purchases made at Perfectone-store.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that exchange services are currently unavailable, except in cases of exceptions.

To receive a refund, you must contact us via email at customercare@perfectone-store.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a refund, all items included in the kit must be returned together. We cannot issue refunds for incomplete kits. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for empty containers.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping fees. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and related expenses, which are non-refundable.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for the refund process to be completed (processed) after we receive the returned items. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We regret that we cannot process refunds using alternative payment methods. Once the (your) refund process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
