How do I place an order?

Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the desired product page. Proceed to the checkout page where you will enter your billing details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay.

Is it possible to have it delivered to my work or another address instead of my home?

Yes, that is possible.

May I cancel or modify an order after it's been placed?

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be changed or modified.

How quickly are orders shipped?

We ship Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays. Orders will generally ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET and Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders may take slightly longer to fulfill during busier periods.

Can you deliver to a PO BOX or to APO/FPO/DPO address?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) address.

I did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order. What should I do?

If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, it is most likely due to an incorrect email address being entered during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs are as follows:

  • For Domestic ground: $13
  • For Hawaii and Alaska: $16

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only offer shipping in the continental United States.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at customercare@perfectone-store.com.
And, please ensure that you have the date of receipt, your order number, and details about the incorrect product you received before reaching out to us.


What is your return policy?

We're dedicated to providing quality products.
If you're not satisfied, return gently used items within 30 days of receipt. Ensure all original set or kit contents are returned; partial items won't be refunded, and empty containers won't be accepted. Refunds, excluding shipping fees, will be issued to the original payment method.

Are partial returns within a set of products applicable?

Our return policy stipulates that partial returns within a set are not applicable. Please be assured that each item within the set has been carefully curated to complement one another, and as such, we are unable to process returns for individual items within the set.


Can I use Perfect One Moisture Gel along with other products?

Once you apply PERFECT ONE Moisture Gel after washing your face, you will have completed the 5 basic skincare routine. However, you can also use other products for additional nourishment, in accordance with different seasons or other skin problems.

I would like to try the product in a store. Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have physical stores in the US currently.

Can pregnant women use your products?

Pregnant women can use our products.
However, since individuals may experience hormonal changes, fluctuations in metabolism, and variations in skin conditions during pregnancy, it's important for customers to pay close attention to their body's condition.
Adjustments in the amount of skincare products used may be necessary to accommodate these changes.
